Wisconsin's Program Enhancement Plan (PEP)
The mission of PEP is to, "Sustain a collaborative partnership approach to child welfare practice and policy with counties, tribes, and other stakeholders by achieving performance outcomes established in Wisconsin’s Program Enhancement Plan (PEP) and the strategies associated with the 5-Year Child Welfare Plan."
